Jules Bianchi Wedding Photo Workshop with Hibiscus Bouquets From Krista Jon

November 29, 2010

Jules Bianchi asked me to provide floral designs for her wedding workshop, so I came up with the idea of using Hibiscus.  The last time I had used them was for my own wedding almost 10 years ago!  So,  I went to my favorite hibicus farm and hand picked the flowers for her workshop. I love how Jules inspired me to come up with something unique and true to my heart. I’m so impressed with Jules and her forward thinking as well as her talent for photography.   View her blog!!

I also loved working with Jill Guin, of Darling Bride ,who was the hair stylist for Jules Workshop.    She and I are working on another unique concept that I look forward to posting soon!

These are some of my favorite photos of the day. Enjoy!!!

These are absolutely gorgeous!!! I was under the impression hibiscuses close up at night. How did you preserve these? Or was it a day wedding? I am considering using hibiscuses for bouquets and centerpieces for my own wedding.

    Just beautiful!
